Which Tesla does the 16" Screen Protector fit?
The Tessories 16" Screen Protector fits the Model 3 (2024–2027), Model Y (2025–2027) and Model Y L (2026–2027). It is cut for the 16-inch front centre display and the 8-inch rear screen, so check your centre screen measures 16 inches before ordering.
How does the 16" Screen Protector stop scratches on the Tesla touchscreen?
The 16" Screen Protector puts a layer of toughened tempered glass over the touchscreen, so scratches and knocks hit the protector, not the display. It guards against everyday hazards like rings, fingernails, phones and bag zips. The 2-piece set covers both the 16-inch front centre display and the 8-inch rear screen, so every screen in the car is protected.
Will the 16" Screen Protector make the screen blurry or less responsive to touch?
No. The 16" Screen Protector is HD clear tempered glass, so maps, camera views and media stay sharp, with no blur or distortion. It also keeps the original touch response on both displays, so every tap and swipe feels natural. On the 16-inch front display and the 8-inch rear screen, the glass is cut for a clean, edge-to-edge look.
Is a tempered glass screen protector worth it for a new Tesla?
Yes, if you want the screens to stay like new. Without a protector, the display takes every knock from rings, phones and bag zips directly. The Tessories 16" Screen Protector adds toughened tempered glass to both the 16-inch front display and the 8-inch rear screen, keeping them clear, clean and responsive, and costing far less than repairing a scratched touchscreen.
How do you install the 16" Screen Protector without bubbles or a crooked fit?
The 16" Screen Protector comes with an alignment frame for the front screen, which helps you line the glass up quickly and accurately on the 16-inch centre display. Each piece is precisely cut to its own screen on the Model Y, the 6-seat Model Y L and the Model 3, so the glass sits neatly edge to edge once it's on.
What comes in the 16" Screen Protector set?
The 16" Screen Protector is a 2-piece set: one tempered glass protector for the 16-inch front centre display and one for the 8-inch rear screen. It also includes an alignment frame for fitting the front protector. Together, the two pieces cover every touchscreen in the Model Y, Model 3 and 6-seater Model Y L.
