How can I collect my order?

• Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to Checkout like normal.
• Complete all required fields indicated by an asterisk (*), and then choose ‘Pick-up’ option under Shipping options. (See demo video)
• You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.
• Pick-up address: Unit C, Building 3, Goodman Business Park, 35-41 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113

Pick-up Hours

• Monday to Friday 10AM – 3PM
• Except for Public Holidays

Collections

• Please only come to collect your order once you have received confirmation email that it is ready for collection.
• Items must be collected strictly within 14 days of the email collection notification.
• We will cancel any purchase after this time.
