Bundle: External & Internal Filter Set
Model Y L (2026-2027)
Model Y (2022-2027)

Which Tesla does the External & Internal Filter Set fit?

The Tessories External & Internal Filter Set fits the Model Y (2022–2027) and Model Y L (2026–2027). Every filter in the set is a direct aftermarket replacement, so all six go in where the originals come out.

What is included in the External & Internal Filter Set?

The External & Internal Filter Set includes six filters in total. The internal half is a pair of carbon-activated cabin air filters. The external half is a complete kit of 2x air filters and 2x carbon filters. Together they cover both filtration stages in a single order.

Why fit both external and internal filters?

Each half does a different job. The external filters block pollen, road dust, industrial fallout and other airborne particles from entering the vehicle, while the internal cabin air filters clean and deodorise the air inside. Replacing only one stage leaves the other loaded, so the External & Internal Filter Set covers all six at once.

What are the cabin air filters in the set made of?

The two internal cabin air filters are built from four layers. A fine mesh layer catches larger debris like dust and insects, an activated carbon layer neutralises unwanted gases and airborne chemical compounds, upgraded filter media traps fine particulates such as pollen and airborne fungal spores, and an aseptic cotton layer adds final-stage deodorisation with an anti-bacterial treatment.

Is the External & Internal Filter Set as good as ordering filters from Tesla?

The Tessories External & Internal Filter Set is a budget-friendly aftermarket replacement, not an OEM part. It covers a full filter service in one purchase — six filters across both the external and internal stages. If you prefer exact OEM specifications and performance, we recommend ordering directly from Tesla.

Can I fit the whole filter set myself in one go?

The external filters are simple to install. The internal cabin air filters take moderate DIY experience and your own tools, and the set includes the filters only — no tools, no instructions and no installation support. Check both filter locations and the installation process before ordering, so you can plan the two jobs together.

How often should the filters be replaced?

Replace the external filters every two years to keep filtration working as intended. A loaded filter stops holding back the pollen, road dust and industrial fallout it is meant to catch, and a tired cabin filter loses its deodorising and anti-bacterial benefit. Changing all six together keeps both stages on the same schedule.
