How can I collect my order?

• Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to Checkout like normal.
• Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), and then select the ‘Pick-up’ option under Shipping. (See demo video)
• You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
• Pick-up address: Unit C, Building 3, Goodman Business Park, 35-41 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113

Pick-up Hours

• Monday to Friday 10AM – 3PM
• Closed on Public Holidays

Collections

• Please only come to collect your order after you have received the confirmation email.
• Please bring a valid Australia photo ID and your order number.
• Orders must be collected within 14 days of the collection notification email.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order not collected within this timeframe.
