Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to be processed?
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however please allow 1 – 2 days as a guide. Please allow additional time for rural deliveries. All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis.
We normally use CourierPlease to ship your order nationwide. Please contact us for alternative shipping options. You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. You can track your order at the courier’s website.
We have no say in how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries. Courier issues are out of our control but we will be happy to contact them if any problems occur.
No orders are shipped on weekends and public holidays.
How do I find out the delivery price?
- Delivery starts out at just $8.90 per shipment. As the size and weight of shipments increase, so does the freight price.
- An exact shipping price will be displayed to you in the checkout based on the size and weight of the products in your order and your delivery address.

Do you ship to rural addresses?
Delivery to a rural address (rural delivery) may attract a surcharge from the courier companies which we may pass on.

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, please contact us at email@example.com firstly to confirm the solution. Once we confirm the return, we will send the return shipping address to you. Please follow all of the instructions provided.
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
- Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, and in original packing with original label
- You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Please note that after 7 days of receipt of goods all sales are final.
