  2. The ETA is our best estimated of when the shipment departed country of origin. We do not guarantee by the ETA for any backorders.
  3. We work tirelessly with our suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure accurate arrival dates on our site. Shipments often run into problems or issues and the arrival date must be changed.
  4. Your will be charged at the time your order.
  5. If any of our backorders are canceled due to unforeseen situations, a full refund will be given.
  6. If you have ordered multiple backorders in a single order, it will only be shipped out once all backorders items arrived at Tessories.
